The underlying premise for Monexsoft's research is that within the modern business organization, human capital is the most valuable resource for creating current and future wealth.

The objective of our research is the new integrated approaches to exploring human potential within organizations that lead to a better understanding of its dynamics and its impact on business performance.

At Monexsoft Data Systems, we exploit multiple methods to foster our research in these areas. We are actively involved in European research and development projects co-funded by the European Commission.

Based on our breadth of experience, we also partner with Universities, Management Schools and Public Associations for teaching in advanced training courses on Human Capital and Knowledge Management.
